About the Role
Execute all levels of construction, from frame to finish - under supervision
- Be able to follow instructions
- Consistently work to improve one’s skillset
- Think critically about why tasks are being performed to ensure their purpose is always fulfilled
- Execute high-quality workmanship
- Ask about project tolerances and understand that not all projects have the same budget
- Contribute willingly to all assigned tasks, regardless of skill set - all employees will participate in site maintenance, clean up, demolition, etc., as needed
- Be goal-driven, do not simply fill a timecard
- ASK QUESTIONS in lieu of making assumptions
- Be self-motivated when there is the time between assigned tasks
- This is can be a physically demanding position
Requirements
2+ Years general construction experience
Interested in career progression
Willing to take instruction and share knowledge
Strong team player
